the staff i met was helpful. lemonade was served as soon as i got there. i also got cookies brought straight to my room. the location made it easy to see different sites.
the hotel didn't have a proper gym. i was looking forward to a good workout. it's a shame they don't offer more equipment.

The staff created a amazing experience. Everyone i met clearly cared about my stay! franki at reception especially engaged with guests, this really made a difference. the fabric wall coverings felt very special in the rooms. the conservatory offered an ideal spot in the evening.
the beautiful king room had ten steps down to the bed area. this. the bathroom was on the upper level near the front door.

The location was superb! It was close to the British Museum. The staff were really cute and helpful! Afternoon tea was a real treat.
I found the gym small. There were no free weights at all. The television remote had low batteries. I had to call reception for replacements.

The staff was helpful in every way! India at reception was always smiling and friendly. The garden terrace in the restaurant was nice.
Our Beautiful King room had a flight of ten steps down from the entrance to the bed area. This took up a lot of space. Our room seemed cramped as a result. The bathroom was on the upper level near the front door!
